We have our processing facility located at Santej-Kalol, Gujarat,India. Our facility is ISO,Kosher, Spice board& Organic Certified (NPOP,NOP & EU). We majorly have powdering equipment’s like Pulverizer & Sievers for Fine powdering.
We procure raw material from farmer or our own contract Organic farms by taking sample from harvested crop.
*Quality inspection /Testing : Before procuring the raw material we sent it to Lab for parameters analysis like Heavy metal, Pesticides, COA etc.
Post Quality approval based on Lab reports , Raw material at our warehouse for further screening. We check the material physically with regards to Color, foreign material, moisture etc.
Post screening , material is sorted & cleaned for any extraneous matter or rejected raw material before repacking for storage.
For Powdering , Raw material is brought to factory. We have Pulverizer & Sievers for fine powdering of material based on Buyers requirement of mesh size.
*Steam sterilization If required
Post completion of processing, Finished goods is packed in bulk Bags(HDPE-PP) based on clients requirement.
Final Step for dispatching the goods to the concerned destination via Air or Sea with palletization or floor loading in the container.
